HATHA YOGA (HOT)
A traditional sequence of 26 postures completed in the same order every session. This class in done in a HOT room (90-105 degrees) to create a safe space for bodies of all abilities and conditioning levels to move at full capacity while building strength and gaining flexibility. The Hatha sequence also relies on breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and focus (mental stillness/clarity). This class is traditionally designed for beginners, yet your ability to challenge yourself and advance in postures comes as you gain mastery of each asana in the sequence.
Yin, to complement so much of the fast-paced YANG lifestyles we lead today. We like to call this class "yoga bliss"
POWER YOGA (HOT)
Up-tempo Ashtanga postures, inversions, full body workout to push your limits!
Traditional BIKRAM YOGA sequence, 90 minute class. Offered ONCE a month @ O2 with Brenna!
A class that includes the foundations of the traditional Ashtanga practice. The Primary Series is taught in a workshop type format, enabling all students to work up to an independent practice.
FUSION YOGA (HOT)
A blend of Hatha and Ashtanga postures taught in a moderately paced flowing format, this is also a time to play with your growing practice -- incorporate inversions and get lost in the rhythm!
A blend of Pilates philosophy and Vinyasa flows -- often times weights, balls, ballet barre, resistance bands, etc. are incorporated (provided in-studio, just bring your own mat).

Focus for each session will vary, stay tuned for opportunities to break down the physical mechanics of your postures and practice with your favorite O2 instructors!
THE WILLPOWER METHOD
The willPower Method is the SUPERFOOD of fitness. Building strength from the ground up in a high intensity, low impact (easy on the joints) -- 60 minute barefoot workout that blends the best of yoga and Pilates practices and asks you to raise the bar on your own expectations! Wear black, be barefoot! #gotwillPower?

What is Vinyasa?
Vinyasa is the connection of body movement and breath. In this class your instructor will set the pace with the intention of that hour, as defined at the beginning of your class. You will practice a variety of postures in sequence and sync your movement with your breath, class outline and intention will vary from class to class. (Studio will typically be warm, not HOT.)
BALANCE & STRENGTH
An hour focused on lengthening and strengthening your muscles with the help of Trigger Point Therapy and your own two feet!
